Important information – read carefully!

The event will be only accessible if covidcheck requirements are met.
We would kindly like to advise you that to be able to enter the Hall you will need to comply the regulations of Luxembourg COVIDCHECK. (Pass sanitaire, Green pass, EU Digital COVID Certificate – EU DCC). It means you will first need a recognized vaccination, certificate of recovery or PCR test that is not older than 72hours.
No-one will be able to enter the hall without fulfilling this condition.
Additionally we will carry out RATs (Rapid Antigen Test) as put forward by the FIE-Requirements.
You will need to undergo this test no matter what function you have.
The tests are free for active participants (athletes, referees, coaches),
they are included in the entry fee (10€) for everyone else.
Only licensed and pre-registered coaches and active referees will be accepted as such.

Kindly check with your federation’s headquarter for full details.
If you are a club-coach please also check if your federation has validated you as coach. We’ll only give coach accreditation to coaches validated by their NF.
People with no validation by their NF will only be able to enter as spectators.
We will have weapon control on Saturday. However we cannot guarantee that IF REQUIRED validation tests will be available after 10:00 in the morning (10AM).

Please note the schedule below –
TESTING and WEAPON-CONTROL on Friday take place ONLY at NOVOTEL Kirchberg. The hall will not be accessible on FRIDAY
